Calcul du prix

Le prix se compose de trois parties :

• la participation (due à l’EPFC),
• le droit d’inscription (dû à la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles),
• et le droit d’inscription spécifique (dû à la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles).

Le prix se calcule en additionnant la participation, le droit d'inscription et, le cas échéant, le droit d'inscription spécifique (DIS).

Le droit d’inscription (DI) est constitué de 2 parties : un forfait de 32 € et un montant variable fonction du nombre et du type de périodes auxquelles l’étudiant s’inscrit.

Pour l’année scolaire 2024 - 2025, le droit d’inscription se calcule donc comme suit :

• un forfait de 32 €, qui est dû par chaque étudiant pour l’année scolaire ;
• dans l’enseignement secondaire : 0,28 € par période de cours, jusqu’à la 800^e période ;
  dans l’enseignement supérieur : 0,45 € par période de cours, jusqu’à la 800^e période.

Dans certains cas, une exemption du droit d’inscription peut être appliquée. Dans d'autres, le paiement d'un Droit d'Inscription Spécifique sera exigé. 

Certains étudiants ressortissants d’un pays hors Union européenne seront soumis au paiement d'un droit d'inscription spécifique (DIS).
Celui-ci est de 30 € par période hebdomadaire* prévue dans l'horaire du programme avec un maximum de 238 € par école.

* Le nombre de périodes hebdomadaires est le quotient, arrondi à l'unité inférieure, du nombre de périodes prévues dans l'(les) unité(s) d'enseignement suivie(s) divisé par 40, le nombre de semaines que comporte une année scolaire.

Exemple 24-25 pour un cours de Français niveau 3 (120 périodes) : 

Participation 98,69 €
+ DI (32 € + [120 périodes x 0,28 €])
+ DIS (30 € x[120 périodes / 40])
= 254,29 €

The prize consists of three parts:

• the participation fee (payable to the EPFC),
• the registration fee (DI, payable to the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles),
• and the specific registration fee (DIS, payable to the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles).

The price is calculated by adding together the participation fee, the enrolment fee and, where applicable, the specific enrolment fee (DIS).

The registration fee is made up of 2 parts: a fixed amount of €32 and a variable amount depending on the number and type of periods for which the student registers.

For the 2024 - 2025 school year, the registration fee is calculated as follows:

• a flat fee of €32, payable by each student for the school year;
• in secondary education: €0.28 per period, up to the 800^th period;
• in higher education: €0.45 per course period, up to the 800^th period.

In some cases, the registration fee may be waived. In other cases, payment of a Specific Enrolment Fee will be required. 

Certain students from outside the European Union will be required to pay a specific registration fee (DIS).
This is €30 per weekly period* in the programme timetable, up to a maximum of €238 per school.

* The number of weekly periods is the quotient, rounded down to the nearest whole number, of the number of periods scheduled in the teaching unit(s) followed divided by 40, the number of weeks in a school year.

Example 24-25 for a level 3 French course (120 periods):
